
Zach White
Zach is originally from Maple Valley, Washington just south of Seattle. He moved to Idaho in 2016 where he attended College of Idaho and played football as a defensive tackle. During his years as a student athlete, he fell in love with the Idaho area while obtaining his Bachelors in Exercise Physiology and 3 minors in coaching, psychology, and criminal justice. Zach met his wife Marissa shortly after graduating from the College of Idaho. Zach earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California and moved back to Idaho upon graduating.
Zach is passionate about sports and weight lifting and has spent extensive time working with athletes of all levels including a clinical experience with the San Francisco Giants at their minor league facility. He is passionate about weight lifting and has obtained a Barbell Rehabilitation certification to further his knowledge and passion in weightlifting. Zach loves working with a variety of patients including sports and tactical athletes. He is passionate about helping people return to full, active participation in their daily activities and hobbies. When Zach is not practicing he loves to kayak, fish, hunt, and spend time with his wife and 3 beautiful children.
