Alex Boltz
Alexandria *Alex* Boltz was born and raised in Eagle, Idaho where she grew up playing many
sports ultimately deciding to dedicate herself to swimming and water polo in high school.
During her junior year she suffered a shoulder injury which resulted in her attending physical
therapy. She has always had a love for helping others and this is where she found her interest in
physical therapy. She received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree as well as a Bachelor’s
Degree in Health Occupations from Idaho State University. During her time at ISU, she
continued swimming, becoming the president of the swim club.
Alex is excited to be able to create a positive, motivating, and challenging yet rewarding
physical therapy environment, same as what she experienced. She loves how unique every
person’s journey to recovery is and wants to be a part of it. She is eager to advocate and help
patients get back to the activities they enjoy doing and reach their individual goals. When she
isn’t in the clinic, she loves to explore Idaho and the beautiful outdoors. Activities she enjoys
doing include continuing to swim, hike, camp, ski, and spend time with her friends and family.
