Austin Davis
Austin Davis was born and raised in Boise, ID. Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of three, he became familiar with medical settings early in life through ongoing care, injuries, and surgeries. These experiences introduced him to physical therapy and inspired his passion for helping others recover and stay active. Austin enjoys sports such as pickleball, volleyball, and snowboarding, and values maintaining a healthy lifestyle through fitness and exercise. After graduating from Idaho Medical Academy as an EMT, he realized that career path was not the right fit for him. Through his own physical therapist, he discovered the Physical Therapist Assistant program and found a profession that aligned with his interests and personal experiences. He later earned his Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from College of Western Idaho and is passionate about helping patients recover, regain strength, and return to the activities they enjoy most.
