Courtney is a physical therapist with a passion for helping patients move confidently and return to the activities they love without fear. She has a strong clinical interest in orthopedic and pelvic health rehabilitation and has completed a Pelvic Floor Level 1 certification, allowing her to support patients across a wide range of functional needs.
Having grown up in Australia and the United Arab Emirates, while maintaining strong ties to Southeast Idaho, Courtney brings a unique global perspective and adaptability to her patient care. She is committed to a patient-centered approach, emphasizing individualized treatment, education, and empowerment through movement.
Courtney is especially passionate about helping individuals build strength, resilience, and confidence—whether recovering from injury, navigating pelvic health concerns, or optimizing performance. She strives to create a supportive, motivating environment where patients feel heard and capable throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Outside of the clinic, Courtney enjoys CrossFit, spending time with her husband and two dogs, cultivating indoor plants, and getting lost in a good book.
She believes that everyone deserves to move freely, train confidently, and live fully—and she’s committed to helping her patients get there.
