Kally Harding
Kally Harding was raised in Los Lunas, New Mexico, and has always loved an active lifestyle and staying busy. She and her family relocated to Pocatello, ID in 2019. She has been a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2024. Her passion for movement and helping people become stronger and healthier started years prior to her PTA schooling as she worked for several years as a group fitness instructor. While teaching she discovered how much she loved encouraging people, celebrating their progress, and helping them realize what they’re capable of. She is passionate about helping patients navigate the rehabilitation process, regain their strength and confidence, and return to the activities they love— and whenever possible, help them come back even stronger than before physical therapy. She truly believes that rehabilitation is about more than just getting out of pain— it’s about getting back to the people, activities, and adventures they love.
Outside of the clinic, Kally stays busy as a mom of five. When she isn’t chasing her kids to their sports and activities, she enjoys lifting weights, trail running, hiking, paddle boarding, and reading. She also loves learning and is always looking for opportunities to expand her knowledge, both personally and professionally. Her main goal is to never stop working to become a better mother, friend and clinician.
Her own active lifestyle has given her a genuine appreciation for how important movement and physical health are to living a full life. She loves helping patients set goals, overcome challenges, and get back to doing the things that matter most to them.
