Lexie Langdon
Lexie Langdon was born and raised in Twin Falls, Idaho, she developed an early love for sports and fascination with the human body. Her interest in helping others through movement began in high school while participating in a sports medicine program, where she discovered how the body works and how rehabilitation can help people return to the activities they enjoy.
She later moved to Olympia, Washington, where she spent the past eight years working in a physical therapy clinic while pursuing her education. In 2023, she graduated from Whatcom Community College’s Physical Therapist Assistant Program with an Associate degree and passed the National Physical Therapy Exam.
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, Lexie enjoys building connections with patients and helping them overcome pain, improve their movement, and regain confidence in their abilities. She finds it especially rewarding to help people return to the activities, hobbies, and everyday moments that are meaningful to them with fewer limitations.
After nearly a decade in Washington, Lexie is excited to return to her home state of Idaho to be closer to family and raise her son in the community where she grew up. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and maintaining the active lifestyle that has always been an important part of her life.
