Maddie Russon
Madeline Maddie Russon was raised in Lehi, Utah where she played Varsity Golf in High School and enjoyed the beautiful mountains surrounding the valley. She was an Ambassador for Snow College where she met her husband.
They both received their bachelor of exercise science together at Southern Utah University and walked at graduation two days before their first son was born. The family quickly moved north to Pocatello, Idaho, where her husband earned his DPT in 2024. Maddie decided to pursue a career that would more meet the needs of her growing family and went to school at the Blackfoot Massage Therapy School in 2022. She worked at a prestigious medspa for a while but felt like there was more she needed to do.
During her second pregnancy, Maddie found her hips and back to be in constant pain. She was recommended to pelvic floor physical therapy and found tremendous relief. That experience opened her eyes to how many women are quietly dealing with pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and pregnancy or postpartum changes without being given the information or help they need. Maddie hopes to help educate and support other women through similar challenges and is excited to be part of the growing momentum in women’s health care.
Maddie earned her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from ISU in 2025 and has completed specialized pelvic floor training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She was a student at our Rupert clinic and fell in love with the patients, her colleagues, and the atmosphere. She is so excited to work with them as a licensed clinician and plan to continue growing in pelvic health, with an emphasis on pregnancy and postpartum care.
She also enjoys adventures with her two little boys and husband, reading, and exploring the beautiful outdoors of Idaho.
