Mike grew up in Rupert, ID. He enjoyed running cross-country and track in high school and at Idaho State University. He fell in love with the Idea of physical therapy in high school when learning how satisfying it is to live an active lifestyle. Mike earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Idaho State University. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, UT. Mike is married to the beautiful Lacey Sunderland and currently have one boy, Rhett, and one girl, Swayze, and plan to have more children. Mike loves to spend time with his family, mountain bike, camp, and exercising.
